What does refurbished mean?
Refurbished products are previously owned or otherwise previously used items offered for resale. Each listing identifies the model, available configurations and cosmetic-condition choices. The condition labels below refer to appearance; they are not a substitute for the product's detailed specifications or a guarantee about what accessories are included.
Choose the appearance that suits you
Good condition
A practical choice when appearance is less important. Expect visible signs of normal previous use, such as scratches, scuffs or wear on the exterior.
Great condition
A cleaner overall appearance with fewer or lighter cosmetic marks than Good. Some signs of previous use may still be visible.
Excellent condition
Minimal visible cosmetic wear and a very clean overall appearance. This grade is not a promise that the item is brand-new or completely free of marks.
What should I check before ordering?
- Exact model: confirm the generation and model number shown in the listing.
- Color and configuration: select the available color, camera kit, case size or other options on the product page.
- Storage: only choose a storage capacity when that specific product actually offers multiple capacity variants.
- Battery and functionality: confirm any applicable battery-health, testing and working-condition information in the listing or with our team.
- What's included: check the product description for cables, chargers, cases, lenses or other accessories.
- Returns and warranty: read the current store policies for terms that apply to your order.
About product photos: images may show the model or configuration rather than the exact refurbished unit shipped. Cosmetic wear can vary between individual units within the same grade.
Not sure which grade is right for you? Contact the Mainnex team before purchasing and tell us the product and option you're considering.
How should I compare a refurbished listing?
Start with the model and variant name, then read the exact features and components included. Cosmetic grades describe appearance and do not automatically prove a certain battery-health percentage, a complete accessory kit or an extended warranty. If the information you need is not listed, ask us to clarify before buying rather than assuming it is included.
