Tracking hasn't updated yet?
Tracking appears after shipment information is added. A carrier may need to scan your parcel before its first update shows.

Where can I find my order number?
Your confirmation email includes the order details supplied at checkout. The email address used at checkout helps you access the correct Shopify customer account. If your shipment has a tracking number, it will appear in the order information once available.
What if the tracking link is not showing?
Not every order has a tracking link immediately after purchase. The carrier may need time to receive or scan the parcel. Check your order again later, and if you still need help, contact Mainnex using the contact page and your order number. Never send your full payment-card information through the contact form.
